Cozumel beachoers were surprised Friday to see a deer enjoying the sea. The animal was watched by beachgoers at Mr. Sanchos Beach Club as he ran along the sand. Some at the beach club were able to snap a few photos of the animal.

CAPA says the old water tower of Cozumel to be demolished.

 

 

The old CAPA water tower located next to its office in Cozumel is set for demolition. Since the 35-year-old old tank is no longer used and in an advanced state of deterioration, the city has decided to demolish it.

Cozumel CAPA manager Vlady Luz Vivas recalled these elevated tanks were once used to create more pressure as water was distributed throughout island networks. Now, with the extensive population growth, the tank has been replaced by a modern base on 95th Avenue.

Mexico’s Plan for COVID -19 vaccination

 

 

The Secretary of Health announced today, December 8, how the vaccination plan will be and the time it will take to apply the vaccine. vaccination will start with health personnel and subsequently be prioritized according to the level of risk of having severe COVID as it may be age and comorbidities. (The persons at high risk with diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, etc.). it is expected that by the first trimester of 2022 the vaccination of the entire population of the Republic of Mexico will conclude.
