Home mortgages in Mexico, known as cross-border loans or international mortgages are available TODAY! You now have an option to finance your Mexico home instead of paying for it in CASH.
You can now use your Mexico property as collateral for your mortgage loan and leave your other assets untouched. Choose either a US Dollar based loan or a Peso based loan. This opens up the Mexico real estate market to many more people who would like to own their own condo or home, or even build their own home.

MEGA COMERCIAL MEXICANA, a large super Walmart type store is currently being constructed down the street from the Cozumel Living offices on Av. Melgar at Calle 11.
Neptuno's Disco had a GRAND OPENING at the end of February after a complete new face lift. It's moved off the corner of Calle 11 and Melgar back a little down Calle 11.
