How Cozumel Living Real Estate Started

Cozumel Living Real Estate is a Mexican corporation formed in 2001 by Nancy Edwards, a US citizen from Dallas, Texas. Nancy was employed by Century 21 In Cozumel in 1996 and was trained and worked for them for over 4 years before opening her own company. Nancy is now a Mexican citizen as well as US.

Beginning February 2001, Cozumel Living was formed. The first 2 years it was operated from Nancy’s home and in 2003 after Century 21 closed their doors, she moved to their old location on Melgar Avenida on the ocean to have more space and to continue to grow and give quality personalized service to the clients. Cozumel Living moved in 2010 and is located on Calle 23 Sur at the end of 15 Bis Av. The team is small but works hard to provide the best possible professional service on the island.

Cozumel Living is the oldest, most established, reliable real estate company in Cozumel. With Nancy’s reputation for always passing 100% clear title, never losing anyone any money, her tireless work ethic, she has built a big referral based business.
