Decorated with true Caribbean décor and stunning murals painted by a local artist, this home will offer you a definite relaxing island feel.This penthouse is on the top floor of a 3-story building, with 5000 sq. ft. of living space, 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms (sleeps 11 guests comfortably). This villa offers a spectacular vista while capturing a glimpse of exotic birds and other wild life in the mangroves below, wrap around balconies with outdoor dining and hammocks for relaxation, a solarium with infinity pool, wet bar includes entertainment system, palapa for shade. The Solarium floor offers a lounge area for sunning, and comfort to please all who enter the doors.

Outside on the grounds of the Residencias Reef all guests have access to a private beach with chairs, palms and palapas for shade, two condominium community pools, one on the beach and one right next door to our building on the ground floor. On the beach, the chairs and palapas are for all guests to use, plenty of palms on the beach for shade. Your dive, snorkel and fishing boats will pick you up right at the dock at the condominium’s beach.
